Reproductive Psychotherapist, Associate
**Anupa's schedule opens July 2026**
I began focusing on clinical interventions and reproductive mental health during my dual MSW/MPH program in 2019, training with clinicians at the University of Washington and Perinatal Support Washington. I work with clients across the reproductive spectrum with a focus on:
Perinatal and postpartum mental health
Reproductive autonomy and justice
Identity shifts and role transitions
Grief, loss, and complex transitions
Gestational and non-gestational parents
Navigating medical systems and self-advocacy
In addition to reproductive mental health, I also deeply value working with life and career transitions, systemic burnout, movement and advocacy fatigue, and the ongoing work of aligning personal values with shifting roles.
I strive to bring a warm, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach to sessions, actively centering care, autonomy, and structural justice. I believe deeply in the power of collaborative healing and often explore somatics and creative exercises as a tool for therapy to help process complex emotions. I use a blend of modalities to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating ecological and systemic frameworks, CBT, DBT and Narrative Therapy. In my free time I love putting together an elaborate potluck celebration or working on embroidery / art projects with friends.
