Fully Licensed or Associate Clinicians
Seattle Therapy is hiring for either a fully licensed clinician or an associate clinician. We are passionate about providing medication management and therapy to those across the reproductive spectrum, from trying to conceive and infertility, through pregnancy and pregnancy loss (including miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR, abortion, and neonatal loss), and into the transition to parenthood (including alternative paths after fertility treatment – adoption, foster care, and childfree-not-by-choice).
We handle all billing, including in-network insurance claims, marketing, and many administrative responsibilities so you can focus on clinical care. While we are a new group practice, the founder has been in private practice for almost 10 years. Our clinicians are well connected within the birthing community and work with reproductive clients with a range of symptom severity.
Please note: This is a hybrid in-person and telehealth position. To be considered for this position you must plan to be located in Washington State by the start date and provide 1 day of week of in-person services in our West Seattle office. For telehealth services, you must have a private, professional space to conduct video therapy sessions when not in the West Seattle office.
We’re looking for a therapist to join our practice to provide individual and/or couples therapy. The therapist will provide trauma sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health services to clients who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties across the reproductive spectrum.
The therapist who joins Reproductive Resilience should:
Be either fully licensed (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, etc) or have an associate license (LSWAIC, LMFTA, LMHCA, etc) in the state of Washington. Clinical supervision is included for associate clinicians.
Be comfortable with learning a basic electronic health record and a paperless office
Therapists are encouraged to come with subspecialty or interest within the reproductive spectrum to contribute to the depth and breadth of our practice; bonus points if you are fluent in another language
Full time clinician preferred; Minimum 15 clients per week (18 sessions scheduled)
Bonus points if you already have in process or completed your Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C)
We offer:
A innovative, supportive environment
Weekly clinical supervision is included for associates
Twice a month staff meeting for case consultation and skill building
Regular internal training opportunities that include CEU’s, free of charge
W2 Employee relationship. You will not be a contractor, so you don’t need to manage tax withholdings or have a business license
We manage billing and insurance paneling
Benefits such as sick time, a CEU fund, and others – these benefits will grow with your professional development
We strongly encourage people of color, LGBTQ+ folks, and individuals who have lived experience with reproductive trauma to apply. We do not discriminate in employment on the basis of any protected status or other non-merit factors.
Thank you for your interest in working with Reproductive Resilience: A Mental Health Collective. Please take your time to complete the application below. Once we receive your completed application, if we feel you could be a good fit we will reach back out to schedule an interview.
