In May 2025, Seattle Therapy expanded to become a therapeutic group practice for Reproductive Mental Health with additional clinicians and services.
We believe reproductive mental health is central to our life and often fluid over time and throughout struggles. You should have skilled, compassionate support when you need it.
Our work integrates evidence-based treatment with deep respect for the physical, emotional, relational, and identity shifts that accompany adult development.
